Alright this is a bit complicated to explain. When one of our call ques receives a call from an external (NON-TEAMS) source we are unable to hear the caller even after the normal media delay.
1. Call comes in from customer using a Teams call que.
2. Call is answer from a mobile device IOS or Android running Teams with a licensed account.
3. After a delay (The phone for the caller will ring even though the agent has answered the phone.) The callers side will stop ringing, and even though the agent can hear the caller they cannot hear he agent.
We have been able to replicate this on both Andriod and IOS Teams App mobile devices/phones.
Are there any pending cases or work being done for this issue?
