What is the most efficient (yet 2nd grader friendly) way to organize the Microsoft Team Team?

Hi!
It depends on what you need in the Team.

* Keep it simple. Name your channels in a simple and self-explanatory way.
* Use channel moderation if needed if you don't want the student posting everywhere.
* Use tabs in channels for the most common apps/files. Also name the tabs in a easy-to- understand way.
* create a channel where student can play around with content and posting and learn their way around in Teams.

Just some tips from what I can learn from your question. If you give more details about your Team, we can probably come up with some more tips
