Teachers need more moderation powers to make Teams viable!

As a teacher, i find teams to be very lacking when it comes down to moderation.

In Channels:
- Ability to only allow certain emoji reactions

- Ability to remove emoji reactions

- Ability to temporarily mute students

- Ability to prevent spam bij putting timers on chat

- Ability to allow responses to specific posts in a channel, but not all

- Ability to make pinned messages stick, or manage what message is presented first. Right now it's completely based off of the last message sent.

In Meetings:
- FULL chatlog/admin log to see who joined when, who left, who attended, who wrote chats, who removed others, who added people

- FULL moderation, buttons to allow and disable chat, voice, cam on the spot.

- FULL control over students powers during meetings (prevent removal, muting, etc.)
