Tasks by Planner and To Do not showing in Teams Mobile App

Hi,

We have added the app "Tasks by Planner and To Do" in Microsoft Teams.

There are several users in the group and some are seeing the app and others are not.

The users are all set up as members and trying to view using a Samsung Tablet.

Any help much appreciated.

That's not expected unless there is a setup policy in place that is causing this behavior
