Tab with Planner deleted

I created a tab within a Team in Microsoft Teams and added several actions. (Tasks by Planner)

Then I created a new tab using an existing plan for that team to try if I was able to duplicate it

Then I erased it, and I got a message about completely deleting it and I said yes, but that action deleted the original plan as well. Now I have nothing.

Can I recover it some how? is there a recycle bin for that?

Unfortunately no, there is no recycle bin functionality you can use, or any way to recover the plan yourself. You can try opening a support request with Microsoft and see if they can do anything about it.
