Synchronization problem between my MS Teams and my OneNote

Hi everyone,

I got an issue from the teacher that: “I am not being able to get any assignments or grades to my kids. I am almost sure there is a synchronization problem between my MS Teams and my OneNote. Here's the screenshot. “

Is there any solution for that issue.

Hello, difficult to say what's happening here. If using the desktop app, sign out of Teams (top right corner) and back in again as that will refresh settings and cache. You can also verify the behavior using Teams on the web https://teams.microsoft.com (if you're using several account open your browser using InPrivate mode / Incognito).

You can also try accessing OneNote directly to verify the permissions https://www.office.com/launch/onenote?auth=2
