Synchronization for Recording options

Hello,

In one of the recent calls, we were many organizers. Someone started the recording and the speaker asked to stop it. As everyone saw Stop Recording option there were several participants trying to stop the recording. They actually started new recordings... 

Can this user experience be improved in the future Microsoft Team versions?

Hello, you can already control who can start or stop recording by using Teams roles or Teams polices.
