Switch Accounts Button Not Working

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-2423216%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3ESwitch%20Accounts%20Button%20Not%20Working%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-2423216%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3EI%20have%20been%20using%20Microsoft%20Teams%20as%20a%20desktop%20app%20on%20my%20personal%20computer%20for%20nearly%205%20years%20now%2C%20the%20same%20one%20account%20all%20throughout.%20Just%20recently%20reopened%20Teams%20after%20being%20away%20for%20a%20few%20weeks%2C%20but%20the%20login%20screen%20is%20only%20asking%20for%20the%20password%20to%20a%20different%20account%20(it%20was%20the%20email%20of%20a%20relative%20I%20got%20my%20computer%20from).%20I%20clicked%20on%20the%20option%20%22Sign%20in%20with%20a%20different%20Microsoft%20account%2C%22%20but%20it%20only%20reloads%20the%20same%20page%20with%20the%20same%20erroneous%20email%20address%20and%20no%20other%20way%20to%20change%20the%20account.%20I've%20tried%20force%20quitting%20the%20app%2C%20and%20even%20reinstalling%2C%20but%20to%20no%20avail.%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E%3CLINGO-LABS%20id%3D%22lingo-labs-2423216%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EMicrosoft%20Teams%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3C%2FLINGO-LABS%3E

I have been using Microsoft Teams as a desktop app on my personal computer for nearly 5 years now, the same one account all throughout. Just recently reopened Teams after being away for a few weeks, but the login screen is only asking for the password to a different account (it was the email of a relative I got my computer from). I clicked on the option "Sign in with a different Microsoft account," but it only reloads the same page with the same erroneous email address and no other way to change the account. I've tried force quitting the app, and even reinstalling, but to no avail.
