Surface Pro 7 and Surface Book 3 video issues during Teams Meetings

We have just released driver updates as part of the Windows 10 update, which should reduce high CPU usage when sharing video on Surface Pro 7 or Surface Book 3.

after more than a year the problem persist 
constantly crashing (webex,teams etc.) on sp 7 pro+ with win 11 22h2 (64 bit) and driver 22.094.40075.0 (64 bit) 
we got 100+ useless laptop in our company.
