Suddenly Recording greyed out for Calls Only

Hi, all of a sudden users can no longer record calls.  We can still record meetings just not calls.  Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know how to fix this.

Hello @Tanya Denton  Since there hasn't been a response from the community yet, I'd recommend posting your question on Answers - there, there are support agents available to help with further troubleshooting with you until your issue is resolved.

Thank you, however meant to post back on here that i found the solution. I had to set the following

Set-CsTeamsCallingPolicy -identity Global -AllowCloudRecordingForCalls $true

For those who enjoy using the (Teams) O365 Admin portal/GUI:

(Will likely require a quite/close/open of Teams app to take effect)
