subscription error

every time when I'm trying to subscribe i got the below error and i send it to my admin in the company and they did everything and till now i getting the same

 

"my email hasn't been added to your organization's directory. Contact your admin or try a different email."

So, you are sure you exist in the organizations directory? Can you login to portal.office.com?

yes sure 

How long was it? It can take a while these days to get provisioned in teams (up to 24 h due to COVID-19)
