Student presently doing exam but faculty see him as Not Turned in

Dear All

one issue reported by faculty ;  exam started at correct time to 120 students out of 4 students status is showing as "Not Turned in"  reloaded page, refreshed, restarted faculty page etc.  still it shows like this

what could be the reasons.
