Our school has recently started Office 365 for day to day school work. Most things seem to be working fine but ALL students get the following error message when they try to log into Teams
"You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams for thecedarsschool.org.uk"
Just to confirm - Students have a student A1 licence and they cannot access Teams from the app, nor IE or Chrome. the App just hangs, the browser throws the above error message
Users have been given access to the Teams app:

Last week the students with A1 Faculty licences were able to access Teams but after I switched them to A1 Student licences their access now fails.
I've recently created a test account to see if new users (A1 Student) have this access problem and they do.
