Our organization only recently activated the calendar in Teams to sync with Outlook, and since that update, Teams is now showing users as busy whenever they have a meeting in their calendar, whether or not they've joined the meeting or even accepted the invitation. Users can manually change their status back to available, but is there a setting that can be changed so that a user's status will be shown as busy only when they join a meeting? We've had a complaint about this.

@JoshLalonde Thanks for asking this - I have the opposite problem. People keep double booking me because my tentative invites don't show as blocked in Scheduling Assistant. I'm trying to figure out how to do the reverse - show my potential invites I haven't acted on as not fully available on my calendar.
