'Sorry, We could not connect you' Error when I am calling to someone

In my organization, I  have one user who is not able to listen when he make a call, and it disconnect in few second and gives an error 'Sorry, We could not connect you'

 

He can not share a screen while on a call.

@Pooja_Shah_shah98389 Possible causes 1) HID issues - has the user tried changing headsets? 2) Does the user has SFB running on the machine along with Teams? for testing user can exit/quit sfb and check if call drop occurs 3) Possible network issue - Does this occur on all calls i.e P2P/pstn/inbound/outbound/conference? You can capture Teams logs by pressing ctrl+alt+shuft+1 key for further investigation.
