DavyBadger Yes i solved it: i am not using Teams anymore.

Pradeep1710 I switch the default data file of Outlook from .pst to .ost , then I can initial the Teams meeting without the mentioned error.

solution to your problem may be----
1st-reinstall teams
2nd- if you are using vpn. Turn it off
3rd-check firewall settings (maybe your newly installed antivirus blocking teams )
4th-open run---type "msconfig" (without quotes) ---in opened dialog go to services-select enable all---select apply---select ok----then restart.
5th--if still unable to join meeting in ms teams open teams in browser
6th- system restore isn't a bad option if you want to join meeting from teams app only
