Some users can't invite guests

Good morning, i have a problem with Microsoft Teams.

We have 20 users in our organisation and some of them can't invite guests to teams.

I've checked all settings and every users has the same guidelines.

Has someone had a similar problem or any idea

Are they all residing in the same Team and try to invite from it or is it depending on a team also?

To add to Adam's point about the Team the users are in

- For the users who cannot invite, is this consistent across the desktop, web and mobile apps?
- What is the behaviour? For a user who cannot add a guest, does the option to add a guest not appear when they type in the email address when adding a member to the team? Or is there an error when they try to add?
- Can you test to see if a user who cannot add a guest can create a new team and can add a guest in that new team?
