Some users are getting a 503 error when logging in

Hi all,

some of our users are getting a 503 error when trying to sign in. 

It says it failed to reach the following URL: "https://,"

The web version works fine.

I tried clearing the Cache and deleted all the Teams files at %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and localappdata%\Microsoft\Teams, unfortunately that didn't work.

What I got from the logs was the following:

Have you ran the Skype and teams network testing companion tool on the affected workstation?
If u have a connectivity issue then you should see it there.

Fiddler may also help you to identify the issue.

@Kevfaf May not be related but there is a service health issue for the last few hours "Users may be unable to access the following services: Microsoft Teams and SharePoint".  This is in the admin portal with further updates - Unable to access Microsoft 365 services (MO203839).
