Hi all,
Eg when on a Teams meeting with more than 1 participant, the camera feeds / windows of some participants are sharp while others are blurry. When I pin one of the blurry colleagues his image becomes sharp. When unpinning and returning to the overview gallery this feed remains (in the overview) sharp for 1-2 seconds and then goes back to blurry again whilst the sharp ones (before pinning) remain sharp after returning to the overview gallery view.
When I then go to a subsequent different meeting with most of the same participants, persons who were sharp are now blurry and a blurry one is sharp etc.
So I reckon the camera feeds of the participants are sharp, but Teams decides to present some feeds on the gallery sharp and others blurry.
How to fix? Settings in MS Teams?
Thanks,
Simon

Network quality will usually affect Teams' video performance, @shvanwijlen Check this out: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/prepare-network

@ThereseSolimeno Hi Therese, I understand, but during these sessions I typically have a bandwidth of 130Mb and 16ms pings. Should be fine I reckon...
Typically we're not on a VPN. My organization does use Office365. Are Teams calls then still always routed through our organization's network? I thought not, right? Is there a way to check bandwidth of the other users?
Thx,
Simon
