I just purchased a Skype Number, but in my dashboard it says I can pay for credits. Does having a Skype Number allow me unlimited minutes to call others and vice versa while I am out of country? I thought that's what it meant.
@ThereseSolimenothis still doesn't really make sense to me. With a Skype number am I only paying for the number and I need to pay for a subscription as well to make calls?
