Hi, am trying to sign up for free in teams for my organization, but I receive an error like someone do this previously.

In the company nobody remember do that before, so there is a way to know if someone registered before for teams free and currently is designated like de domain administrator, I need to know the administrator designated email at least, for a domain.

thanks!

@matias8a Hi, most likely someone has signed up for a self-service subscription. It's very common. This is what you can do https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/become-the-admin?view=o365-worldwide

I am attaching this as well https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-sign-in/someone-has-already-setup...
