Sing up for free issue

Hi, am trying to sign up for free in teams for my organization, but I receive an error like someone do this previously.

In the company nobody remember do that before, so there is a way to know if someone registered before for teams free and currently is designated like de domain administrator, I need to know the administrator designated email at least, for a domain.
