I was trying to sign a document in the Microsoft Teams approvals using my IPad with the latest IOs version and it the document does not open at all, but upon trying in my Android phone I successfully approved and signed it without issues. The MS Teams app is already updated in my IPad hoping that updating the app will do the trick but its still the same. reinstalling the app doesn't also fix the issue. hope there is a solution on this.
