Shifts Offline in Desktop App

On the desktop app in Windows, Shifts is no longer working.  We get a "Teams seems to be offline" message.  However, everything else is working in the Windows app and Shifts is working on the mobile MS Teams app.  This started happening a couple of days ago and for about half of our staff.  Any help is appreciated.

We have experienced same issue recently. 

One of my customer also facing the similar issue.
Is it because of customer network? But all other features and apps are working fine.
