I am being asked about notifications when sharing schedules / changes within shifts. When you make changes / add shifts and choose to share with the team (notify all or just ones that were changed), we are not seeing any alerts, no emails, etc. One time we tested this it was showing within the activity tab on the mobile app, but many were also expecting an email, etc.
What is the intended behavior for sharing the schedule with the team (not an export)?

I am also experiencing this issue, I have been trying to look through the admin center for any information but have yet to find anything.

We are also having this issue, sharing with the team does not seem to result in any notification. Do we need to change a setting? We are not seeing any activity in the teams area either?

Same questions. Would be fabulous if staff actually get notified that the roster has been updated.
Also, is it possible to notify the shift owners when staff members swap shifts?

I did log a support ticket for this and have been advised that it is just not working yet! Apparently they are working on it but there is no time estimation on when it will be fixed.

I came here looking for the answer to this too. Was expecting to receive a notification on mobile each time a shift is shared with the user/s.
Considering it is in the support article:
6. When you’re ready to share the schedule, click Share with team. All team members will be notified that they have new shifts.
How did this get through any kind of QA? If this isn't supported yet there should at least be a note on the button or in documentation.
Very disappointing I can't showcase to the org.

@Tech_2000 Try thinking about these pre-releases as gifts. Learn as much as you can and be more prepared for your future. :)

As per the doc it seems flow connector will not be available for Team-shifts.

@Jordan Paris In our org, everyone except the manager sharing the shift receives a notification as entry under Activity on the mobile device (only on mobile, not on the desktop or the web) and there are no other notifications such as emails or a badge on the Shifts app icon. As long as all of your team members use the mobile Teams app, it's at least better than nothing.

This is crazy. What's the point of a shifts app when you can't email the shift to the people who need to see it???

You would assume from that statement you would get an email or even a Teams desktop notification? But nothing??? (other than a teams app notification - which I have yet to see btw???)
I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what I did wrong only to come here...
