Shifts App in Teams displaying wrong name

I have an instance where a user has changed their name but is showing in the Shifts App as their old name. 

Due to the sensitivity of the name change, we don't want to select them as their old name and be showing as their old name in the app. Have tried quitting the Teams App and re-opening to clear the cache but this hasn't made any difference unfortunately.

Can anyone help?

Having the same issue, opened a case 2 weeks ago, no response, not looking all that promising...

@CaseyL_23 I'm having the same issue. Did you ever get a fix?

It seems to have been resolved for all my colleagues now. Perhaps try clearing caches and maybe try the New Teams? But it works on both versions for us
