Hi!

I have a hybrid environment (On prem AD connected to azure AD). Within this AD we have several domains (@domain1.com and @domain2.com). In admin.mirosoft portal we have domain1 company name registered. This will lead to that Teams invites to external companies will always have the invite sent from domain1 company.

Is there a way to have multiple domains with in the same Tenant fo solve above problem?

Ex

Users in domain2.com sent external invites will have the invite look like it was sent from domain2 company!

Hi,

Yes, you can add multiple domains in the Office 365 admin portal so that invites will be sent from the domain (email address) assigned to the organizer of the meeting. The meeting invite is sent from the organizer of the meeting, so what domain it is sent from depends on what mail address they have in Exchange.

Hi!
The thing here is that the external user will see this:
You have been added as a guest to [Azure organsiation name] in Microsoft Teams

Azure organisation name will be set here:
https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?#/Settings/OrganizationProfile

Is there a way to have different name for different domains?

Hi,

You can only have one Organisation name, so all your users will belong to the same organisation in Azure AD and guests will be invited to that organisation. But you can have multiple different domains in that organisation.

If you want multiple Organisation names, that would require a new tenant.
