Set Teams as default IM app for contacts in Outlook for Android

Hi, Is there a way to change the default IM app from Skype for Business to Teams? When I try to start a chat (IM) with a contact in the Outlook app in my android device, the only option I get is "GET SKYPE FOR BUSINESS". Thanks in advance for your support!

In Teams, click the profile photo -> settings then:

"Register Teams as the chat app for Office (requires restarting Office applications)"

That option only relates to Desktop, not mobile apps. No way to change this from within the Teams app on Android afaik.
