Separate Meeting window

Hi all, 

I am currently on Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.26064 (64-bit) for Windows 10. But I do not have in Settings to turn on the option to open another window for meetings/calls. My colleagues all have that option pushed to their Teams for months now. Any ideas?

I just updated the Teams version and still do NOT have the new meetings window option in Settings. 

Can anyone please assist with this issue?
