Is there a known issues with sending files to users via the Desktop App?
Our tenant faced the same concern for timely manner , So we request the user to upload to onedrive and share via teams not directly from Desktop if this is an known issue from the client end .
Tried from Google Drive and tried not placing and sending file from desktop but same error for me.
I don't have any trouble with my desktop client, even sent few videos earlier. If you can reliably reproduce the issue, open a support case.
