Sending email to Team is not being received

Hi,

 

We are having an issue with Teams and are not sure if the issue is related to "Teams" or O365.

 

Our company domains are

  • We created a team with 2 members (I am one of the members)
  • A Microsoft group was automatically created "InformationTechnology@universalatlantic.onmicrosoft.com"

  • When I send an outlook email from our company's @uas.com domain to our company's @UniversalAtlantic.onmicrosoft.com domain
    • It sends with no issue but is NEVER RECEIVED by the members in the  "InformationTechnology@universalatlantic.onmicrosoft.com" group

We have no idea what is going on and can't find anything clear online. It seems we can't email ANY GROUP TYPE = Microsoft 365

  • The "InformationTechnology@universalatlantic.onmicrosoft.com" group type is flagged as a Microsoft 365 group

Seems like it was delivered OK. Did you check the Group mailbox, or do you mean that no member of the group received the message within their own Inbox? As suggested in the message above, you can run a message trace for each individual recipient (member of the group).
