Send email from Teams

I'm having a bot that is integrated with Teams. I would like the bot to send a message to user with button which opens email client with new message, receipient, title and content. Is that possible with Teams?

I believe it would be possible to accomplish what you want using an adaptive card. These are supported in Teams via the Bot Framework and it should be possible to provide a button that can be used to open another application.
