Screen Recording Policy

I have created a cloud recording allow policy and linked this to an AD group. The policy shows on the users in the AD group in the Teams console but the policy is not applying to the client?

Created the policy over 24 hours ago but no joy.

@BobBobby Unfortunately I've seen it take a considerable amount of time before new policies apply on the local Teams client. There's two things you can do:

1) Check the web client to make sure that the policy indeed applied
2) If the web client shows the ability to do cloud recording, you may want to sign out from the local Teams client and sign in again. If that also doesn't work, you can try and delete the local Teams cache.

It was my mistake. I was testing by doing a video call/screen share outside of a meeting so also needed to amend the call policy. Screen Recording works when creating an actual meeting.
