Screen partially hidden in MS Teams Live events when producing

When producing an MS Live event, if anyone clicks on the Chat the whole screen moves up. This happens only on laptop screen not external monitors. Only way to fix is to click out of the meeting and back in but this closes the chat. Currently having to use chat on mobile whilst running events.

@NMWilson That's not something I've ever seen, very odd.

Maybe try clearing all the files from the Teams cache at %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams?

@Steven Collier, thanks, looked at this but as it was quite a few people affected and this happened a second time unfortunately this did not do the job. Thank you for your suggestion.
