Routing PSTN calls based on destination country

Dear community,

Do you know if it's possible to route Teams PSTN calls to an SBC device based on the destination country when using Calling Plans?

Our main call routing defaults to the Microsoft PSTN systems but for countries that we're not allowed to reach (like Kosovo), we would like to route those calls to an on-premises SBC.

Is this possible?

I've already tried opening a support case but the agents seem unknowledgeable and tell me to contact the SBC provider when this is clearly a Teams configuration option.
