Room Manager assignment in Breakout rooms

Hi,

We are having issues as some of my colleagues don't access to the function to assign room managers and can't set the time limit on a breakout room before the call in "Breakout room settings". They can set the time limit once in the call. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi,

Can you check if the colleagues have the Presenter/Co-Organizer access to the Teams Meeting and check if the issue persists.
