Is there a way in Teams to restrict what Owners can do. We want to assign owners to Teams but only have the ability to add/remove members. We do not want them to have full Owner rights ie ability to delete team etc.
You can certainly apply some restrictions at the Teams Admin Center, but not like the ones you are describing here. A Team Owner in the end is and Admin in the Team
