Restrict to Upload data in Files Tab in Private Channel for Students

Hi Team,

Need to restrict student to upload the files and documents in Files in private channel. Is there any way to restrict the student. 

Tried to disable the sharepoint license for particular user but still they can able to upload the files in Private channel.

Students are members on the channel, so they have collaborator permissions on the PC site. You could try to move them to the Visitors group in the PC site, but there is background process that will add again them as members in the PC site
