Restrict Teams Group creation (naming)

Hi all

I want to restrict the creation of new Teams groups starting for example with the following terms:

Marketing-

Finance-

IT-

The user can choose a suffix after that, for example Marketing-"roadmap" but is not allowed to change the type Marketing- Finance- or IT-.

Do I have to create custom Teams templates to achieve this?

In order to restrict specific names when creating a Team you have two opctions at least:
1) Define a naming policity for Groups and Teams creation (it requires Azure AD Premium P1 licenses)
2) Disable Teams creation for the users and just enable for a group of people that you know will follow the naming guidelines
