Resource planning with teams

Is there a way for managing resources using "Tasks" in teams and ms Project combined (with auto-sync between)? Tasks is great for creating and distributing tasks, but it is not so suitable for the manager to oversee each team members workload and deciding who to appoint upcoming tasks to. A view similar to the "Team Planner" view in ms Project would be perfect. Any other suitable feature in teams will also do.

Hi, as far as I know there is currently no built-in option to sync from Project Online to Planner or Tasks.
