Resolutions of Teams recording question

Hi,

I was wondering when you record a meeting in Teams, is there a default resolution it records in? Is there a way to change the resolution (e.g. either via Teams admin or the meeting itself)?

We notice some of our recordings are very big and are looking at ways to change the resolution. But using third party programs to shrink it degrades the quality of the video.

To my knowledge, there is not a specific setting related to Teams recordings resolution. Indeed all what you can "touch" in regards of Teams meetings is documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cloud-recording
