Requesting remote control of end user in MS-Teams

Copper Contributor

My end users are having a difficult time accepting my teams remote control requests. The dialog box they are supposed to give me control either doesn't appear where they can see it, or they claim nothing appears at all. Does anyone have a technique to simplify the handshaking process and make it easier for end users to accept my remote control requests? This is an absolutely horrible design on Microsoft's part.

AFAIK, there is not such a technique...by the way, I assume that the setting to accept remote control requests is enabled in the tenant, correct?

@Juan Carlos González Martín We haven't set any setting to accept remote control, if I need to I can push out a change via JAMF. But I have been able to connect to about 8 different end users so far without having to look at any settings, so I would assume that is currently defaulted to the correct setting.
