I currently have two users trying to connect from India to Microsoft Teams. For both the desktop application of Teams works when installed (and reinstalled) but stops when opening again forcing the user to reinstall the application every time they open it.
Both users are on different networks. I checked their connection settings and they don't block anything. Both get the same error message:
"Error code - Request timeout"
"Failed to connect to settings endpoint"
This is going on for quite some time now, please advise and help.

1) Version 1.2.00.8864 (64-bit).
2) No.
3) No.
For one user we also tested it with a clean install of windows. Same issue.
Could this have to do something with modern vs. non-modern authentication?
