Reporting collaboration usage in Teams

Copper Contributor

I'm looking to capture KPI's that I will use to measure the adoption of Teams within my organisation, I've looked at the reports available in the admin centre (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-analytics-and-reports/teams-reporting-referenc...) and I can get a few stats, but I'm really more interested in the collaboration features within Teams. i.e. How many files are being shared across the organisation, how many documents are being uploaded into Teams sites, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations on 1.) What useful metrics I should capture from a Collaboration perspective and 2.) How I can capture these metrics from within Teams?

This is probably what you need! “Productivity score”

Go to admin portal ( admin.microsoft.com ) -> Reports -> Productivity Score
