Since this morning, every Flow action that we have which sends a reply to an existing message in a Teams channel has broken. The messages now get sent as new threads in the channel rather than replies.
Nothing has changed on our side. I've checked the runs of the flow and the message IDs that the replies are sending to are correct.
Before today, this was all working correctly. A bug must have been introduced on MS's side within the last 17 hours.
