Reoccuring Teams Meeting occasionally makes an attendee the Organizer.

Twice this year I have had an issue with a daily Teams meeting making one of my students the Organizer and relegating me to Attendee. I can still edit all the Teams permissions (changing who can bypass the Lobby, etc) but I lose the Organizer role.

My only solution so far is to cancel the entire series and start a new Meeting.

Hello @JoshWells   You're on the right track with deleting the series and starting a new one - it's puzzling to me why the roles are being flipped.  Other members of the community may have a better suggestion but you might want to go to our answers.microsoft.com tech support site for personalized support.

@ThereseSolimeno Very. The first time it happened I chalked it up as just some weird thing, but that it happened a second time is puzzling, especially since there are not *that* many organizer configurable settings in Teams. I'll try the tech support side, as well. Thanks!
