remove tiny chat popups while in Teams presenter mode

there's a new feature where while in presenter mode, all chats appear as tiny popups in the middle of the screen.

obviously this means 5 chats temporarily block the view of the screen the presenter is reading.

how can we get rid of this?

Click on the three dots in the Teams client and select ‘Don’t show chat bubbles’.
