Having a bit of an issue with Remote Desktop when using Teams.
The person whose laptop which is being accessed uses an internally developed program and can continue to use it fine. The person who is "remoting" into the laptop however cannot interface with this program. All other programs work as expected with both people involved (ie. Word, Excel, Chrome etc.) and can be controlled by either person, the issue seems to only be with this one program.
Can't seem to find anyone else that has had a similar issue when browsing the forums. The issue is with all laptops that use this program (30+), not just an isolated problem. The people using this application are all administrators as well as making sure to run the program as administrator but the issue still occurs.
I appreciate it sounds like the program itself is at fault as it is the only one presenting this issue however is there any sort of rectification that can be done with the executable (ie. running with certain flags or certain settings) or will this need to be reviewed by the people coding the program?
