After activating the Microsoft 365 audio conference license, the existing recurring meetings were updated with dial-in numbers, but the meeting information regarding acceptance / rejection was lost.
For example rejected meetings re-appeared in the calendars of the users. Moreover the organizer cannot see anymore who rejected and who accepted the meeting.

To update the dial-in details the meeting request is updated and resent, hence people need to accept or reject again. This is the only way it can work in Exchange, only the organiser can change a meeting request.
