Regarding the auto-switching issue in Microsoft Teams

Hi,
I have added some guest members in my Microsoft Teams account and they received Teams Channel request in their E-mails IDs. Many of them redeemed the request and joined the group successfully but when some members have tried to join the group then their account direct switching to their personal account. Because of this, they are not able to join the channel. We will also try sone troubleshooting methods like reinstalling the app after clearing data of the app. Please help us in the matter.
